We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All items are sold in “as is” condition.

Vintage condition

Please refer to this guide prior to purchase to ensure understanding of garment’s condition:

The majority of these pieces are over 100 years old and can not be expected to be in perfect condition - it's very normal to have small flaws , as antique clothing has lived many more lives than new clothing . Appreciate the character , cherish the history , but understand what you're buying

VINTAGE CONDITION GUIDE

Mint - Never been worn or flawless condition

Excellent - Expected minor signs of wear taking into account age, not significant enough to be noticeable

Very Good - Shows wear, shown in photos or expressed in description but overall doesn’t heavily impact garment quality

Good - wearable, but has noticeable flaws in photos or expressed in caption

Fair - For display, repair, or study purposes only

Shipping & Liability Disclaimer

At Farmer’s Daughter, we take great care in packaging and shipping all items to ensure they arrive safely. Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. Any shipping issues that occur after dispatch must be addressed directly with the carrier.

We accurately declare the value of all items on customs and shipping forms in compliance with applicable laws. Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred once a package reaches its destination country. These costs are not included in our item prices or shipping charges.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, we will refund the item price (excluding shipping) once it is safely received back, provided the item remains in its original condition.
